Please review our company policies prior to making a reservation. At Tootie Bug Party Planning, we want to make sure that all of our “ducks are in a row” in an effort to provide you with the most memorable experience possible.
Deposits/Balances All payments are handled via cash or credit card. Credit card use will include a 5% processing fee. Personal checks will not be accepted. A 50% deposit is required to secure any reservation made two or more weeks in advance. Full payment is required up front for any reservation made less than two weeks in advance. Reservations are not scheduled until payment is made, and reservations are secured on a "first paid, first reserved" basis. Balances must be paid no later than the Monday prior to the event. Failure to pay balances may result in cancellation of services with no refund of deposit.
Cancellation If you cancel your reservation two or more weeks in advance, you may receive a full refund of your deposit, or you may reschedule. If you cancel your reservation less than two weeks in advance, you are more than welcome to reschedule, but your deposit will not be refunded. A 50% refund will be given to clients who have already paid in full. This is because time/funds have already been required to make plans for your event and to acquire supplies as needed. Again, you are welcome to reschedule! Please note that cancellations made less than five days prior to the event will be subject to a fee of $35 for rescheduling.
In the unlikely event that Tootie Bug Party Planning is unable to follow through with your event due to illness or emergency, a full refund will be given. In addition, you will receive a $25 gift certificate to use toward another Tootie Bug Party.
Expectations
Parties will begin on time. It is expected that our clients arrive to the venue on time. If the event is delayed due to late arrival, late fees will apply.
A parent of the Guest of Honor will be expected to stay for the duration of the event. Tootie Bug Party Planning will not be responsible for baby-sitting the guests. Nor will Tootie Bug Party Planning be held responsible for anything adverse that may happen as a result of no parental supervision.
